At 20:33 on August 7, 2026, Pingbian County Meteorological Observatory and Pingbian County Natural Resources Bureau jointly issued a Level III geological hazard meteorological risk warning: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, the geological hazard meteorological risk levels in towns such as Yuping, Baihe, Wantang, and Baiyun in our county will be relatively high. Please strengthen safety inspections of geological hazards in areas prone to geological hazards, reservoir embankments, construction projects, primary and secondary schools, transportation arteries, and scenic spots, and do a good job in preventing geological hazards such as flash floods, landslides, mudslides, and mountain collapses.
