In west central Wyoming, Salt River and Wyoming Ranges and Star Valley. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Increased moisture from the Pacific will move across northwest Wyoming through the weekend, bringing an extended chance for showers and thunderstorms.
