Campgrounds along the river in Bluffton are underwater. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 6.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 12.9 feet tomorrow evening.
