Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 902 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. Continue to heed remaining road closures and monitor for rises in any local creeks or streams with continued runoff. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Minor flooding is already occurring in the advisory area and avoid any closed or flooded roadways. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible over the area.
