At 15:48 on November 25, 2025, the Meteorological Observatory of Mulei Kazakh Autonomous County issued a blue warning signal for blizzards: Currently, the accumulated snowfall in the mountainous areas of Danangou Uzbek Township in Mulei County has reached 10.9mm. It is expected that blizzards will occur in the above-mentioned areas and Jixinliang from this afternoon to night. Please take precautions against the adverse effects of heavy snowfall on transportation, facility agriculture, and animal husbandry.
Description
The snowfall will reach 4 mm or more within 12 hours, or it has reached 4 mm or more and the snowfall continues, which may affect traffic or agriculture and animal husbandry.
Guidelines
1. The government and relevant departments shall make preparations for the prevention of snow disaster and frost damage in accordance with their duties;
