At 11:24 am on December 12, 2025, the Mengjin District Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, there may be road icing affecting traffic in Xixiayuan Street, Kangle Street, Jili Street, Heyang Street, Hetu Street, Heyuan Street, Huimeng Town, Pingle Town, Songzhuang Town, Baihe Town, Chaoyang Town, Xiaolangdi Town, Matun Town, Hengshui Town, and Changbao Town.
