At 20:40 on March 18, 2025, the Luquan County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: strong cooling will occur in the next 24 hours, and the lowest temperature in towns and villages such as Sayingpan, Zehei, Malutang, Wumeng, Xueshan, Zhuanlong, Yunlong, and Zhongping in our county will be below 5 ℃. Please take measures to prevent cold and keep warm.

Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
