大庆市气象台2025年7月17日16时40分发布暴雨蓝色预警信号:过去1小时内让胡路区乘风湖站降水量达到30毫米，目前降水持续，预计12小时内累计降水量将达50毫米以上。同时，红岗区、大同区、萨尔图区、龙凤区个别站点累计降水量可达20-40毫米，请注意防范。 防御指南： 1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防暴雨准备工作。 2.中小学校、幼儿园采取适当措施，保证学生和幼儿安全。 3.驾驶人员应注意道路积水和交通阻塞，避免将车辆停放在低洼易涝等危险区域。 4.检查排水系统和防洪工程，清除江河沟渠阻水障碍物；低洼地区、地下设施、公共场所做好防范。 5.公众关注天气预报、雨量变化，避免穿越水浸区域，加强个人防护。
