The easterly and southeasterly wind prevails over the Northeast while the weaken southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the country. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high, 1-2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
