Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong crosswinds on north to south oriented roadways, such as US285, will create difficult to severe driving conditions. The strongest winds will be found across the Central Highlands and far western Guadalupe County near Vaughn.
