At 14:16 on April 2, 2026, the Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Due to the influence of cold air from Mongolia heading south and surface cyclones, it is expected that from early morning to night on the 3rd, all towns and villages in our county will have northwest winds of 5-7 levels, gusts of 8-10 levels, and some towns may reach above 11 levels, accompanied by sandstorms or floating dust weather.
