The high-pressure system covering the upper Thailand is weakening while the southeasterly wind prevails over the lower Northeat and the upper Gulf. Increasing in temperature with light fog is likely in the country but still be morning cool weather while isolated rain is expected int the lower Northeast, the East, the Central including Bangkok and vicinity. The low pressure cell over the South China Sea will move pass the tip of Indo-China into the Gulf and the South while the northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf, the South and the Andaman Sea. More rains and heavy rain in many places with isolated very heavy rain in the South. The moderate wind and wave in the Gulf are expected 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
