西藏自治区气象局2025年6月23日16时40分发布强降雨蓝色预警： 预计6月23日20时至6月24日20时，林芝、昌都、山南东部和南部、日喀则南部有中到大雨，其中巴宜区、米林、波密、洛隆等地有大雨（25～50毫米），墨脱部分低海拔地方有大到暴雨（50～75毫米）。期间那曲、昌都北部和中部、拉萨、山南、日喀则和林芝西部伴有雷暴大风、冰雹、短时强降水等强对流天气。 防御指南： 1.需加强地质灾害隐患点的巡查排险，防范强降雨可能引发的局地山洪、泥石流、滑坡、崩塌等次生灾害。 2.防范强降水对重大工程建设、能源保供、通讯设施、交通运输等带来的不利影响。 3.注意防范强对流天气对农牧业生产、户外活动（工地施工、高空作业）等的不利影响，做好虫草采挖的防雷安全工作。
