Coastal flooding is most likely around the daily peak high tides, which will occur a couple hours after midnight. * WHAT...Isolated minor coastal flooding. * WHERE...Vulnerable low-lying coastal roadways, docks, boat ramps, and other coastal infrastructure of all islands. * WHEN...Through late Friday night. * IMPACTS...Flooding of beaches that are normally dry, minor coastal erosion, and saltwater inundation.

Overlapping, medium-period northwest (320 degree) and north- northwest (340-350 degree) swells will maintain advisory-level surf, with little change through this evening. Surf is expected to decline through Friday. * WHAT...Large breaking waves of 10 to 16 feet along north facing shores, and 8 to 12 feet along west facing shores. * WHERE...North and west facing shores of Niihau, Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, and north facing shores of Maui. * WHEN...Until 6 PM HST this evening. * IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents will make swimming dangerous.
