交城县气象台2026年02月21日10时06分升级发布大风黄色预警信号，预警区域：所有乡、镇（街道）。预计12小时预警区域可能受大风影响,平均风力可达8级以上，或者阵风9级以上。请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。防御指南：1.相关部门按照职责做好防大风工作；2.停止露天活动和高空等户外危险作业，危险地带人员和危房居民尽量转到避风场所避风；3.切断户外危险电源，妥善安置易受大风影响的室外物品，遮盖建筑物资；4.高速公路等单位应当采取保障交通安全的措施，有关部门和单位注意森林、草原等防火。

山西省气象台2026年02月21日09时40分变更沙尘蓝色预警，预警区域：全省。预计未来12小时预警区域可能出现扬沙或浮尘天气，或者已经出现扬沙或浮尘天气并可能持续。请有关单位和人员做好防范准备。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防沙尘工作；2.停止室外体育活动；3.关好门窗，加固围板、棚架、广告牌等易被风吹动的搭建物，妥善安置易受大风影响的室外物品，遮盖建筑物资；4.尽量减少外出，老人、儿童及患有呼吸道过敏性疾病的人群不要到室外活动；人员外出时可佩戴口罩、纱巾等防尘用品，外出归来应清洗面部和鼻腔。
