At 00:07 on October 2, 2025, the Huayin Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for heavy fog: it is expected that fog with visibility less than 500 meters will appear in Taihua Office, Yuemiao Office, Huashan Town, Huaxi Town, Mengyuan Town, Luofu Town, and the southern mountainous areas of our city within the next 12 hours, and there may be fog with visibility less than 200 meters in some areas. Please pay attention to prevention.

Description

Fog with visibility less than 500 meters may appear within 12 hours, or fog with visibility less than 500 meters and greater than or equal to 200 meters may have appeared and will continue.

At 11:42 am on October 1, 2025, the Huayin Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that Taihua Office, Yuemiao Office, Huashan Town, Huaxi Town, Mengyuan Town, Luofu Town, and the southern mountainous areas in our city will be affected by strong winds within the next 24 hours, with an average wind speed of 4-5 levels and gusts of up to 6 levels. Please take precautions.

Description

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments should do a good job of preventing gale in accordance with their duties;

2. Close doors and windows, reinforce hoardings, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by high winds, and cover building materials;

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;

陕西省农业农村厅发布农业气象风险橙色预警

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅9月29日19时00分联合发布农田渍涝和连阴雨灾害风险预警：预计10月1-6日陕北、关中以阴雨相间天气为主，陕南有持续性降水。过程期间累计降水量40～70毫米，部分地区80～150毫米，陕南局地250毫米以上。西安、宝鸡、咸阳、渭南、铜川及汉中西部等地农田渍涝风险较高（黄色预警），汉中东南部、安康、商洛大部农田渍涝风险高（橙色预警），可能导致低洼农田积水，成熟作物收获困难，部分地区根系较浅的作物可能出现倒伏。关中、陕南大部秋收连阴雨风险较高（黄色预警），对秋收进度和秋粮品质有一定影响。建议上述地区密切关注天气变化，雨前疏通沟渠，雨后及时排涝降渍和补施速效肥，减轻渍涝和连阴雨危害，同时抓住降水间隙抢收抢晒，采取通风存储、烘干等措施，降低发芽霉变风险；及时排涝降渍，以防土壤过湿和作物贪青晚熟影响腾茬整地和适时秋播，同时做好病虫害监测与防治。
