西宁市气象台2025年08月11日13时30分发布强对流黄色预警：预计2025年08月11日13时30分至08月12日13时30分，大通县、湟中区部分乡镇有1小时20～30毫米短时强降水；西宁市区、大通县、湟中区、湟源县将出现8级以上雷暴大风或直径5毫米以上冰雹。预计强对流主要集中在08月11日14时至12日02时。发生山体滑坡、泥石流、山洪、城乡积涝等灾害的气象风险高，发生风灾、雹灾、雷击等气象灾害的可能性大，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防短时暴雨、防雷、防大风准备工作，做好人工防雹作业准备；2.户外行人和工作人员减少户外活动，注意远离河道、棚架、广告牌等；3.工地注意遮盖建筑物资，妥善安置易受暴雨、风雹影响的室外物品；4.检查城市、农田排水系统，做好排涝准备和对山洪、滑坡、泥石流等灾害的防御准备。
