At 21:48 on December 30, 2025, the Huachi County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to snowfall and low ground temperatures, it is expected that in the next three days, most parts of our county, including Rouyuan, Qiaohe, Zifangpan, Shanzhuang, Chenghao, Nanliang, Linzhen, Yuele, Wujiao, Yuancheng, Qiaochuan, Baima, Huai an, Shangliyuan, and Wangzhuzi, will be affected by road icing. Relevant units and personnel are requested to take precautions and pay attention to travel safety.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
