The Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 12:48 on November 5, 2025: it is expected that there will be strong winds in the mountainous areas of the north and south from the afternoon of the 5th to the night of the 6th, with gusts of about 10 levels in the wind direction and Daban area; Luntai, Hejing, Yanqi, Korla, Yuli, Bohu, Qiemo, and Ruoqiang have experienced northwest gusts of 7-8 levels.
