省水利厅与省气象局6月21日16时联合发布山洪灾害风险黄色预警:21日20:00至22日20:00，受降雨影响，安化县西部，沅陵县西南部，辰溪县西北部，溆浦县西南部，会同县东北部、西北部，洪江市西南部，新化县东北部等地发生山洪灾害可能性较大，请上述地区加强防范，注意做好实时监测和预警叫应等防范工作。

湖南省气象台2025年6月21日16时发布暴雨橙色预警：预计21日20时至22日20时，湘中偏北部分地区将出现暴雨，其中怀化中部、湘西州南部、娄底西部、益阳西部局地大暴雨（100~200毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时雨强40~60毫米）等强对流天气，请加强防范。橙色预警区域：长沙大部分地区、湘西州南部、常德南部、益阳大部分地区、岳阳南部、怀化大部分地区、娄底西部、邵阳北部。
