The Honghuagang District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue frost warning signal at 00:36 on November 19, 2025: It is expected that the lowest temperature in towns (streets) such as Jinding, Hailong, Shenxi, and Xiangkou in our district will drop below 0 ℃ in the next 24 hours, and frost weather will occur.
