At 17:48 on November 5, 2025, the Meteorological Observatory of Hezuo City issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that within 24 hours, some areas in Hezuo City, such as Kagaman Township, Kagadao Township, Zogaiduoma Township, Zogaimanma Town, Lexiu Town, Nawu Town, Dangzhou Street, Tongqin Street, Yihaong Street, Jianmuke er Street, may be affected by strong winds, with an average wind force of 6 or above, or gusts of 8 or above. Please pay attention to the adverse effects that strong winds may bring.

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
