A polar low will Thursday morning develop in the C5 area and vil move South West. At Thursday afternoon the center will arrive over West-Finnmark. West of center the wind is expected at severe gale force 9 from the North. East of the center the wind is expected at severe gale force 9 from the South. When the low hits Finnmark, it becomes stagnant and locally it can cause heavy snowfall (30-50 cm/24hrs) The low is expected to weaken Friday.
