Haixi Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning for strong winds at 9:30 am on February 25, 2026: It is expected that from 11:00 am on February 25 to 11:00 am on February 26, there will be strong winds in Delingha, western Golmud, western Mangya, eastern Dulan, most of Ulan, Tianjun, eastern Dachaidan, and Tanggula areas, with wind speeds of 6-7 levels west and gusts of up to 8 levels; Among them, the northern part of Delingha, the western part of Mangya, and most parts of Tianjun can experience gusts of up to 9 levels, while the line from Mangya to Golmud is accompanied by sand and dust. The risk of wind disasters is high, please take precautions. Defense Guidelines: 1.
