The Guinan County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing at 07:00 on November 7, 2025: Due to snowfall weather, it is expected that from 07:00 on November 7, 2025 to 07:00 on November 8, 2025, roads in Senduo Town and Guomaying Town in Guinan County will be prone to icing, which will have a sustained impact on traffic. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
