湖南省气象台2026年1月19日7时升级发布寒潮橙色预警：预计19日8时至21日8时，湘西、湘中以南大部分地区平均气温或最低气温将下降12℃以上，已出现4～8℃降温的湘东北地区气温还将下降4～6℃，全省大部分地区最低气温低于0℃，并可能伴随5级以上偏北大风。橙色预警区域：长沙东部、株洲、湘潭南部、湘西州、怀化、娄底、邵阳、衡阳、永州、郴州。
