Major flooding continues on the Muskegon River, with minor to moderate flooding on certain sections of the Grand River and other smaller rivers. One final round of rain moves through late tonight and adds an additional one-half inch or so of rain to most areas. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Thornapple River near Caledonia. * WHEN...From this morning to early Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Minor flooding of low lying areas occurs. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 9.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 10.5 feet Sunday morning.
