The Gonghe County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing at 23:30 on February 4, 2026: Due to the influence of snowfall weather, it is expected that from 23:30 on February 4 to 23:30 on February 5, Gonghe Shinaihai Town, Heimahe Town, Cheji Township, Daotanghe Town, and Qiabuqia Town are prone to road icing, which will have a sustained impact on traffic. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
