At 8:48 am on November 22, 2025, the Genhe Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: within 48 hours, the lowest temperature in Hexi Street, Hedong Street, Sengong Street, Delbur Town, Genhe City, Jinhe Town, Alongshan Town, Mangui Town, and Aoluguya Township will drop by more than 8 ℃, and the average wind speed can reach level 5 or above. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention.

Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
