高陵区气象台2025年12月12日23时37分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时内通远、鹿苑、张卜、泾渭、姬家、耿镇、崇皇将受大风影响，平均风力3-4级，阵风6-7级，请注意防范。

陕西省气象台2025年12月10日17时30分发布寒潮蓝色预警：寒潮降温：受寒潮影响，预计12月11日20时至13日20时，日平均气温陕北、关中、商洛、巴山下降8～10℃，陕北北部局地、秦岭山区下降10～12℃，其中西安南部局地（长安区、鄠邑区、蓝田县）、宝鸡南部局地（太白县、凤县）、榆林北部局地（神木市、府谷县）、汉中北部局地（留坝县）可达12℃以上（以上地区可达寒潮），陕南河谷地带下降6～8℃。预计最低气温出现在13、14日清晨，最低气温分布：陕北、秦岭山区-14～-9℃，关中、商洛、巴山-10～-5℃，汉中、安康-6～-2℃。大风：11日白天至13日白天陕北、关中大部、商洛、秦巴山区有5-6级（8.0-13.8m/s）偏北风，阵风可达8级（17.2-20.8m/s）以上。雨雪：过程从11日晚上开始到12日白天基本结束。陕北西北部小雨或雨夹雪转小雪（0-2毫米），陕北大部、秦岭山区小雨或雨夹雪转中到大雪（3-10毫米），西安南部局地（蓝田县）、延安东南部局地（宜川县）有暴雪（10-12毫米），关中北部雨夹雪转中到大雪（3-10毫米），关中南部平原地区小雨或雨夹雪（2-8毫米），商洛小雨（2-3毫米）转雨夹雪或中到大雪（5-10毫米）,陕南河谷地区有小到中雨（5-15毫米），巴山地区有小到中雨（5-12毫米）转雨夹雪或小到中雪（1-5毫米）、东段局地（镇坪县）冻雨。新增积雪深度：陕北西北部0-2厘米、陕北大部3-6厘米，关中北部1-3厘米，秦巴山区3-10厘米。本次过程冷空气强、气温降幅大，全省伴有明显雨雪天气。雨雪过程可能导致陕北、关中北部及秦巴山区等路段出现道路结冰、积雪、低能见度风险高，巴山局地可能有冻雨。

陕西省农业农村厅发布农业气象风险红色预警

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅12月10日10时30分联合发布设施农业雪灾、低温灾害风险预警：预计12月11日至13日，我省有一次大范围雨雪强降温大风天气过程，主要降雪在11日傍晚至12日夜间。预计最低气温陕北、关中西部出现在13日清晨，关中东部、陕南出现在14日清晨。此次寒潮雨雪天气过程易导致部分温室大棚遭受雪压垮塌，棚内蔬菜受冻。其中11-12日陕北东部设施农业出现雪灾的风险较高（黄色预警）；12-15日榆林东部、延安东部局地、渭北北部、宝鸡西部和南部、秦巴山区、商洛北部设施农业低温灾害风险较高（黄色预警），榆林东北部、延安东部局地、渭北西部局地、宝鸡西部和南部局地、商洛东北部和西南部局地设施农业低温灾害风险高（橙色预警），神木西部、榆阳区东部、延川东部和延长西部局地、宜君东部、耀州北部局地、旬邑东北部、陈仓西部、陇县西南部、麟游南部、眉县南部局地低温灾害风险很高（红色预警）。建议上述设施农业种植区提前加固棚体，加盖防寒物，及时清除棚体积雪，防止设施垮塌受损、棚内蔬菜受冻；科学调控棚内温湿度，并做好增温补光、肥水管理，同时加强作物病虫害防控。
