At 11:09 am on February 23, 2026, the Fuhai County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from 02:00 to 14:00 on February 24, there will be 8-9 level westerly winds in Fuhai Town, Jiezhen, Kuoxiang, Alda Township, Qixiang, Kezhen, Yifang, Huanghuagou and S21 areas of our county. The wind speed around the lake area and Huangwo erhai area can reach 10 level, and most parts of our county will experience varying degrees of snow blowing. (Wind force level is Pu Shi wind force)
