陕西省农业农村厅发布农业气象风险橙色预警

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅11月15日12时30分联合发布设施蔬果、油菜低温雨雪灾害风险预警：预计11月15日至17日，我省有一次大范围寒潮大风天气过程，主要降温时段陕北在15日夜间到16日夜间，关中及陕南在16日夜间到17日夜间。16-17日,陕北南部部分地方有雨夹雪或小雪，关中、陕南有雨夹雪，陕南局地有大雨，商洛有小到中雪、部分地方大雪、西部局地暴雪；陕北、关中伴有4级左右偏北风，阵风可达6～7级；日平均气温全省下降4～6℃左右，关中部分、陕南、秦岭山区下降8℃左右。前期我省多雨，设施蔬果长势中等，部分油菜产区苗小苗弱，易受低温影响。此次寒潮雨雪天气过程易造成设施大棚蔬果低温冻害、设施拱棚雨雪毁棚和蔬菜冻害，关中中南部、陕南大部设施农业低温灾害风险较高（黄色预警），秦岭山区部分区域风险高（橙色预警）；易造成关中和陕南油菜低温冻害，该区油菜低温冻害风险较高（黄色预警）；易造成陕南山区地势低洼冷空气易堆积田块小麦低温冻害。建议上述设施蔬果产区加固棚体，预备设施增温、防冻物资，拱棚蔬菜防冻草帘上覆盖塑料膜，防止雨雪导致草帘湿重压垮拱棚；油菜产区及时采取培土、灌水、及时喷施芸苔素内酯等抗冻生长剂或叶面肥等，提高油菜抗冻性。
