新乡市气象台2026年8月12日16时23分将暴雨黄色预警信号调整为暴雨蓝色预警信号：预计未来12小时我市红旗区、卫滨区、牧野区、凤泉区、高新区、经开区、新乡县和平原示范区的所辖乡镇和街道降水量将达50毫米以上，请注意防范强降雨引发的城乡暴雨积涝、农田积水等次生灾害。防御指南：1.进入暴雨戒备状态，居民关注暴雨最新消息和防御通知。2.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防暴雨准备工作。3.学校、幼儿园采取适当措施，保证在校学生和幼儿安全。4.驾驶人员、行人及骑行人员应避开积水点通行，不要贸然涉水前行，避免在桥底、涵洞等低洼易涝等危险区域避雨。5.检查城市、农田、鱼塘排水系统，做好排涝准备。

新乡市气象台2026年8月12日10时49分继续发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时内，我市红旗区、卫滨区、牧野区、凤泉区、高新区、经开区、新乡县和平原示范区所辖乡镇和街道将出现4-5级东北风，阵风7级以上。请注意防范大风造成的不利影响。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门应按照职责做好防大风工作。2.停止高空、水上户外作业和游乐活动。3.关好门窗,加固围板、棚架、广告牌等易被风吹动的搭建物,妥善安置易受大风影响的室外物品,遮盖建筑物资。4.行人应尽量少骑自行车,刮风时不要在广告牌、临时搭建物等下面逗留。5.有关部门和单位应注意做好森林等防火工作；街道、社区、村庄和家庭应加强防火意识，适时采取有效措施，消除火灾隐患。

河南省气象台2026年8月12日07时30分升级发布暴雨红色预警：过去24小时，我省黄淮之间大部出现暴雨或大暴雨，洛阳、郑州、平顶山、许昌、漯河、周口、南阳局地特大暴雨，最大降水量叶县常村356.9毫米。预计12日08时至13日08时，沿淮及其以北大部有暴雨，其中焦作南部、新乡中东部、洛阳东部、郑州、开封、商丘中西部、平顶山、许昌、漯河、周口中西部和北部、南阳东北部、驻马店北部部分县（市、区）有大暴雨，郑州东南部、开封南部、平顶山中部、许昌北部、周口西部局地特大暴雨（个别点250到350毫米），并伴有短时强降水（最大小时降水量40到60毫米，局地80毫米）、局地雷暴大风（8到10级）等强对流天气。请密切关注属地气象部门发布的最新预报信息和气象灾害预警信号，做好防范应对工作。上述地区的相邻县（市、区）也需关注。防御指南： 1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好防暴雨应急和抢险工作； 2.停止集会、停课、停业（除特殊行业外）及非必要户外活动； 3.做好山洪、滑坡、泥石流等灾害的防御和抢险工作； 4.遇到积水较深的路段，严禁涉水通过；车辆在涉水行驶中熄火，应快速撤离，不要在车内等待救援。
