Surface observations and webcams show an areas of fog near Lake Erie and the Upper Niagara River including the city of Buffalo early this morning. Some of this fog may be locally dense, with visibilities down to a quarter of a mile at times. If driving this morning, use your headlights, allow extra time to reach your destination, and be prepared for rapid changes to visibility.
