Winds are expected to arrive in the Grande Prairie - Peace River areas near midnight and progress to the southeast. They will arrive in the Edmonton area overnight, then by morning near Lloydminster. Some isolated gusts may reach 100 km/h. Winds will ease from northwest to southeast late morning to early afternoon.###Local utility outages are possible.
