At 08:53 on November 22, 2025, the Erguna Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave: within 48 hours, the lowest temperature in Labu Dalin Street, Shangkuli Street, Sanhe Hui Township, Mordaoga Town, Enhehada Town, Qiqian Township, Enhe Russian Ethnic Township, and Mengwushuwei Sumu will drop by more than 8 ℃, with an average wind force of 5 or above. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention.

Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
