At 12:56 on January 29, 2026, the Emin County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from the day of January 30 to the night of February 1, there will be 9 to 10 level easterly winds in towns and villages such as Kalayemule Town, 165th Regiment of the 9th Division, Erdaoqiao Township to Tuanjie Farm, and Huojiert in Emin County.
