Another rather strong high-pressure system from China extend to the upper Northeast of Thailand, is expected to cover the lower Northeast and the South China Sea by today (13 Nov) with a decrease in temperature by 1-3 °C and strong wind in the Northeast. Meanwhile, the easterly and southeasterly winds prevails over the the East, the lower Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the upper South and the lower North with thundershowers in the upper country and isolated heavy rains in the lower Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, the East and the upper South regions. The moderated winds and waves in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea offshore are expected to be 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
