Dejiang County Meteorological Observatory issues yellow lightning warning

At 2:18 am on March 29th, the Dejiang County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that thunderstorms will occur in towns such as Jiancha, Fuxing, Quankou, and Tongjing in our county within the next 6 hours. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, strong winds, and other strong convective weather. It is recommended to stop outdoor activities in open areas and stay away from large trees, corners of walls, or places with protruding metal objects.

Lightning activities may occur within 6 hours, which may cause lightning disasters.

At 23:56 on March 28th, the Dejiang County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for heavy fog: it is expected that fog with visibility less than 500 meters will appear at high altitudes in towns (streets) such as the county town, Shaxi, Yantang, Quankou, and Nangan in the next 12 hours. Drivers are advised to slow down and maintain a safe distance.

Description

Fog with visibility less than 500 meters may appear within 12 hours, or fog with visibility less than 500 meters and greater than or equal to 200 meters may have appeared and will continue.
