果洛州气象台02月04日10时40分发布寒潮蓝色预警：预计02月04日12时至06日12时，玛沁县、玛多县、甘德县、达日县、久治县将出现寒潮天气，气温将累计下降 8～10℃，局地可达12℃。04日，班玛南部乡镇有中雪（2.5～4.0毫米），其余地区有小雪（0.7～2.4毫米）。过程期间，全州大部有6～7级偏西风，阵风可达8级。降温、降雪、吹风天气对农牧业生产、能源保供、道路交通、城市运行、公众健康有一定影响，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及有关部门按照职责做好防寒潮应急工作；2.个人注意添衣保暖，尽量减少外出；3.农、林、牧、养殖业等采取防寒措施。
