* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern De Kalb County in north central Illinois... Lee County in north central Illinois... * WHEN...Until 1130 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. High water may recede slowly from flooded areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 730 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms early this morning. Minor flooding continues in the advisory area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Though heavy rain is not expected through much of the morning, standing water and elevated creeks and streams will persist this morning. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
