西藏阿里地区措勤县气象台2025年12月22日12时发布大风黄色预警信号：受高空急流影响，预计12月22日13时至12月23日01时，措勤县有明显的大风天气过程，大部有8～9级大风，阵风10～11级。防御措施：1.大风天气易造成广告牌等高空坠物事件，需加固维护设施大棚、帐篷等户外搭建物，公众外出注意采取相应的防范工作。2.大风及沙尘、扬沙等天气对公路等交通运输以及电力、通讯设施、重大工程建设影响较大，相关部门应采取措施，保障安全。3.牧区需合理安排放牧活动，避免在河湖危险区域放牧，确保人员、牲畜安全；牧区需要加强野外火源管理，城乡居民注意用电用火安全。4.风能、太阳能等新能源生产单位做好应对工作。
