At 16:37 on December 20, 2025, the Lanzhou Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to the influence of previous snowfall and low temperature weather, it is expected that most sections of roads in Honggu, Yongdeng, Gaolan, Lanzhou New Area, as well as village roads, Panshan roads, and high-altitude roads in Chengguan, Qilihe, Anning, Xigu, and northern Yuzhong, will still be affected by snow or road icing from the night of the 20th to the 21st. Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
