Changning County Meteorological Observatory issues yellow warning for geological hazards and meteorological risks

At 17:25 on August 8, 2026, Changning County Natural Resources Bureau and Changning County Meteorological Observatory jointly issued a Level III geological disaster meteorological risk warning: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, the geological disaster meteorological risk level of Tianyuan Town, Kasi Town, Jifei Town, Wengdu Town, Wenquan Town, Mengtong Town, Wandian Township, and Gengjia Township in our county will be Level III (high risk), which is prone to geological disasters such as landslides, mudslides, and collapses. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
