At 17:35 on March 19, 2026, Changning County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal: It is expected that in the next 6 hours, there will be lightning activity in towns and villages such as Tianyuan, Jishui, Datianba, Kejie, Kasi, Jifei, Wengdu, Wenquan, Wandian, Mengtong, and Gengjia in our county, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, strong winds, hail and other severe convective weather.
