The monsoon trough lies across upper of the North while the moderate southwest monsoon prevail over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf. Isolated heavy rain are likely in the country. The wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are likely about 2 meters high, the lower Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf the waves are likely 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers.
