The combination of dry fine fuels due to ongoing drought conditions, low relative humidity, and gusty winds will lead to an increased fire danger today. Strong north winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph will be accompanied by relative humidity values falling to 25 to 30 percent this afternoon.
