IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Fort Quitman, Esperanza, and Finlay. This includes Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 81 and 95.
