Areas of fog will reduce the visibility to one mile or less in parts of central North Dakota, and the James River Valley this morning. Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities, and should use extra caution traveling. Use low beam headlights and be extra cautious at intersections and railroad crossings. The fog is expected to dissipate by this afternoon, then redeveloping this evening.
