陕西省气象台2025年07月09日14时12分继续发布雷雨大风黄色预警信号：未来6小时内下述地区可能受雷雨大风影响，最大小时雨强20~40毫米，局地可达50毫米以上，并伴有雷电，阵风可达7级或以上：西安市长安区、鄠邑区、蓝田县、周至县，咸阳市泾阳县、礼泉县、淳化县，铜川市王益区、印台区、耀州区、宜君县，渭南市临渭区、华阴市、华州区、潼关县、大荔县，延安市宝塔区、安塞区、黄陵县、宜川县、富县、甘泉县、子长市、延川县、延长县，榆林市榆阳区、横山区、神木市、府谷县、靖边县、绥德县、米脂县、佳县、吴堡县、清涧县、子洲县，汉中市镇巴县，安康市汉滨区、汉阴县、宁陕县、紫阳县、岚皋县、平利县、镇坪县、旬阳市、白河县，商洛市商州区、洛南县、丹凤县、商南县、山阳县、镇安县、柞水县，请注意防范。

Guidelines

1. Keep valuable electrical equipment that is vulnerable to lightning strikes properly, and put them in a safe place after power failure;

2. Residents in dangerous areas and dangerous houses, as well as ships, should take shelter from the wind. Never take shelter from rain under trees, electric poles, or tower cranes, and turn off mobile phones when lightning occurs;

3. Cut off neon signs and dangerous outdoor power supplies;

4. Stop outdoor group activities and evacuate people immediately;

5. Outdoor workers at high altitudes, waters, etc. stop working, and personnel from dangerous areas are evacuated;

6. Be prepared for wind and lightning protection;

7. Pay attention to the latest news of thunderstorms and gales reported by the relevant media and relevant windbreak notices, and students stay in a safe place;

8. Secure doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, temporary structures and other structures that are easily blown by the wind. Personnel should leave the temporary structures as soon as possible, and properly arrange outdoor objects that are easily affected by thunderstorms and gales.

陕西省自然资源厅联合陕西省气象局9日10时10分发布地质灾害气象风险预警：预计9日10时-10日10时，渭南市华阴市南部、华州区东南部、潼关县南部，商洛市丹凤县西部局地、洛南县西北部、山阳县中东部、商州区南部发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险高（橙色预警）；西安市蓝田县，渭南市华阴市、华州区、潼关县，延安市延长县、宜川县、宝塔区、富县、甘泉县、黄龙县、洛川县、延川县，榆林市榆阳区、横山区、米脂县、清涧县、神木市，汉中市南郑区、西乡县、镇巴县，安康市汉滨区、汉阴县、宁陕县、平利县、旬阳市、镇坪县、紫阳县、白河县，商洛市全域发生滑坡、崩塌、泥石流等地质灾害的风险较高（黄色预警），上述相邻县区也需高度关注。

陕西省水利厅联合陕西省气象局于2025年07月08日18时50分发布第17期山洪灾害气象风险预警。预计2025年07月08日20时至2025年07月09日20时，长安区、蓝田县、华州区、潼关县、韩城市、华阴市、宝塔区、安塞区、延长县、延川县、志丹县、甘泉县、富县、宜川县、黄龙县、子长市、镇巴县、榆阳区、府谷县、绥德县、米脂县、佳县、吴堡县、清涧县、子洲县、神木市、紫阳县、岚皋县、平利县、旬阳市、白河县、商州区、洛南县、丹凤县、商南县、山阳县、镇安县、柞水县等县（市、区）发生山洪灾害可能性较大（黄色预警）,大荔县、合阳县、吴起县、洋县、西乡县、佛坪县、横山区、靖边县、汉滨区、汉阴县、石泉县、宁陕县、镇坪县等县（区）有可能发生山洪灾害（蓝色预警）。相邻地区也可能因局地短历时强降水引发山洪灾害，请各地各相关单位注意做好实时监测、防汛预警和转移避险等防范工作。
