At 11:48 am on September 23, 2025, the Meteorological Observatory of Artux City issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, there will be northwest gusts of 8 or above in Artux City and surrounding towns, Tugumaiti Township to Halajun Township, ShangArtux Town to Ahu Township, Azak Town, and Gedalang Township, with some areas reaching 10 or above. It is necessary to prevent the adverse effects of strong winds on agricultural and animal husbandry production, urban infrastructure, road traffic, etc.

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
